10:30 - 11:00 Individual Specific Asana Practice with guidance.
11:00 - 11:20 Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation)
11:20 - 11:45 Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
11:55 - 12:25 Dhyana (Concentration/Meditation Practice)
12:40 - 1:15 Vegetarian Brunch/Lunch
1:20 - 1:50 Spiritual Discourse/Chanting
